Welcome to WebHail Innovations. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our SaaS platform, subscription plans, digital library, readymade websites, course collections, marketing reels, and premium reseller tools.

By registering an account, purchasing a subscription, or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Account Registration and Eligibility

• To access most features of the platform, you must register for an account using a valid email and mobile number.
• You must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to use this service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and account sessions. Any activity under your account is your sole responsibility.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false details, engage in abuse, or violate security policies.

2. Subscriptions, Payments & Billing

• The WebHail Agency offer is a lifetime plan. Any separately advertised products or plans may have different access periods, which will be shown before purchase.
• All payments are processed securely via our integrated gateway partner, Razorpay.
• You agree to provide accurate billing details. Any failure to process payments will result in immediate suspension of subscription benefits.
• Prices for future purchases are subject to change. A lifetime plan does not renew automatically.
• No partial refunds are applicable for unused portions of subscription periods. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.

3. Intellectual Property and Reseller License

• The templates, files, websites, courses, and resources provided on this platform carry specific reseller rights or Master Resell Rights (MRR) as marked.
• You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to resell these digital assets to your end clients under the terms specified for each product.
• You may not claim authorship or copyright of the original files unless explicitly permitted.
• Redistributing the source files as a competing bundle or subscription platform is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent license revocation.

4. Acceptable Use and Security

• You agree not to use automated bots, scripts, or scrapers to bulk-download resources or overload our server infrastructure.
• Attempting to bypass license key checks, injecting malicious scripts, or tampering with database session variables is a criminal offense and will be prosecuted.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

• All files, software, and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
• We do not guarantee that third-party integrations (e.g. Canva, ChatGPT APIs) will function uninterrupted forever, as they are subject to their respective platform policies.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall WebHail Innovations, its founders, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
